This role requires strong leadership in agile delivery frameworks, stakeholder management, and a focus on continuous improvement within the Electrification & Innovation team. **

Job Summary

  • You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of key products and propositions at a portfolio level, ensuring work flows efficiently, predictably, and in line with our strategic goals.
  • You will also shape and uplift the organisation’s delivery capability, leading and developing Business Analysts, Delivery Leads, and other practitioners to build a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and growth.
