Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids and protected health information.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and observing for skin breakdowns while maintaining a calm environment throughout the unit.
