Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital authoring tools
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred
