Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles
Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital authoring tools
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred
