Job Summary

  • This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
  • The hourly range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00, with potential for bonus programs and robust benefits including competitive insurance, generous paid time off, and 401(k) with company match.
  • Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect.
