Job Summary
The CNA – Hospice role support patients and families with dignity, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring comfort and quality of life during a deeply meaningful stage of care.
Provide personal care, hygiene support, exercise assistance, and patient ambulation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Observe, document, and promptly report changes in the patient’s physical or mental condition to the RN Case Manager.
