Job Summary
The Operator Trainer will be responsible for conducting internal and external training on Sandvik Surface equipment as well as driving cost efficiencies and capital profit through good leadership, strong customer relations and best practice Safety, Health, and Environment effectiveness.
Develop appropriate training, learning and development programs to ensure that the identified business needs are met.

Trainer assessor course or 5 years experience
Proficiency in MS Office applications

Possess required MINCOM certification
Must possess all drilling/driving related licenses
