Salary
Base: $249,800 - $374,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years global real estate experience
Manage $100M+ global capital budgets
End-to-end capital construction delivery
LEED AP and WELL AP credentials required
Lead teams of designers and project managers
Nice-to-have
Experience in Asia Pacific Japan and EMEA
Knowledge of hybrid work models and AI integration
Strong cross-functional C-suite influence
Biophilic design and wellness infrastructure expertise
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (Master's/MBA preferred)
Must hold LEED AP and WELL AP credentials
10+ years in senior leadership capacity within real estate or construction
Proven track record managing international construction laws and labor markets
