Job Summary

  • The Program Control Organization’s (PCO) primary function is to ensure all customer projects follow standard methodology and ensure all projects are set up, reviewed and maintained to the Honeywell Building Technology standards in financial and project execution systems.
  • The Program Controls Leader, APAC will be responsible for further building the APAC Honeywell Building Technology (HBT) Program Controls Organization and setup systems, tools, and processes for effective PCO function across all LOBs.
  • Build, manage and inspire a world class PP&C Analyst team to deliver innovative products and services to HON customers across the APAC region.

Key Requirements

  • Finance or Accounting or related field / significant experience (+6years)
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Accounting, Project Control, Engineering or in Finance in the Building Automation domain
  • 5+ years leadership experience in a global, multi-site, matrixed organization
  • 5+ years’ experience setting up and maintaining operating systems such as HOS and improvement tools
