Job Summary
Provides direct supervision of residents in the Robert N. Barnes Regional Juvenile Facility during all program operations, actively monitoring them during academic, therapeutic, and other scheduled activities.
Ensures all policies and procedures for safety and program are met, monitors and coordinates daily functional operations, and creates and maintains a calm and safe environment.
Assists residents in developing a healthy and positive attitude through counseling and life skills classes, and participates in disciplinary hearings as needed.
