Job Summary
The Business Transformation Lead (PLM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing business transformation initiatives related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) across pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, and quality domains.
This role ensures successful deployment and adoption of PLM systems (such as QbDVision), supports process harmonization, and drives operational excellence by partnering with global teams, site SMEs, and IT/digital functions.
The Lead will manage project delivery, facilitate change management, and ensure alignment with regulatory and business objectives.
