The primary purpose of this position is to support the Nursing Department by performing a variety of essential support functions for residents.
Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and safety violations immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
The role requires maintaining orderly and clean environments while assisting with daily resident needs such as transportation, meal assistance, and room preparation.

Must-have
Report accidents and incidents to charge nurse
Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas
Transport residents to meals and activities
Identify residents using wristbands or photo cards
Follow bloodborne pathogens and safety policies
Assist with passing snacks and trays without feeding

Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Treat residents with dignity and respect
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in scheduled training programs
Key Requirements
Minimum 8th grade education
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
