Job Summary
As a part of the GBS Global HR team, this position reports to the HR Head of the Group GBS and works closely with the GBS regional HR teams located in Argentina, Portugal, France, Malaysia and China.
The job involves frequent interactions and exposure to the GBS Global leadership team, contributing to project planning and implementation of Talent Development initiatives and GBS HR strategy.
As a VIE, you will collaborate with teams in diverse geographical hubs, gaining a deep understanding of how a world leader in gases, technologies, and services harmonizes its HR practices on a global scale.
