Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Ensure care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and direction from the Director of Nursing or Nurse Supervisor to maintain the highest level of quality resident care.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to assigned nursing staff and conduct shift rounds to ensure compliance with care standards.
