Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Senior-level experience in data science and AI
  • Strong stakeholder management with C-level executives
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with MLOps practices and modern AI architectures
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects end-to-end

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring teams
  • Experience with agile delivery frameworks like Scrum
  • Background in financial services, telco, or energy sectors
  • Active contributions to the data/AI community
  • Fluency in Slovak or Czech languages

Key Requirements

  • Master's or PhD preferred in Data Science or related field
  • Fluent English required; Slovak or Czech is a plus
  • Senior-level experience in consulting or client-facing roles
