  • Essential duties include maintaining resident records, transcribing physician orders, managing admissions/transfers/discharges, and communicating with residents, families, and staff.
  • The position requires a high school diploma or GED, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
