This role performs prescribed radiographic imaging procedures and assists the provider during catheterization lab procedures at a technical level under the direct supervision of a technologist.
Competently performs a variety of technical procedures, up to the level of documented competency, that require independent judgement and initiative.
Prepares for and assists the physician in catheterization lab procedures by integrating knowledge of cardiovascular and peripheral vascular physiology, pathophysiology, and procedural techniques.
