Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of clinical experience
  • State of Texas class 'C' vehicle operator's license
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in public health or related discipline (preferred)
  • DSHS certification or CHW certification (preferred)
  • Experience with rural or underserved communities (preferred)
  • Experience scheduling patient appointments (preferred)
  • Experience in data collection and reporting (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Texas Medicaid and CHIP enrollment (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish (preferred)
