Citi Handlowy is seeking a Technology Risk and Control Senior Officer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve AI governance and risk management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology risk management, particularly related to AI systems, and will collaborate with various teams to ensure the safe adoption of AI technologies

Job Summary

  • Drive AI control improvements, lead the coordination of AI specific Internal audits and 2LOD challenges, and be responsible for driving AI governance and risk management process improvements.
  • Partner with AI engineers to ensure AI enablers and Products are engineered and build in compliance with best practices and enterprise policies and Standards.
  • Lead effort to assess AI Risks across applications, systems, platforms, and Use Cases, and develop Partnership with the Technology teams to develop risk mitigation and controls.
