Job Summary
The internship aims to support quality activities in product development and engineering by preparing quality documentation such as Process Control Plans and initial Risk Analyses.
Interns will assist the global MOIM division team in quality improvement programs and collaborate with local teams in Poland and Finland on quality control of processes and products.
During the internship, participants will gain experience in global team communication, understand electric motor quality control, learn basic quality tools, and grasp product development fundamentals.
