Job Summary

  • Manage, optimize, and support the organization's LMS, acting as a partner liaison working closely with HR/L&D stakeholders and IT development team members.
  • Ensure data integrity, configure system updates, analyze learning data, help troubleshoot issues escalated from support team and enhance user experience to maximize training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to finalize the design and obtain stakeholders buy in, executing to plan including milestones, timeline, KPIs, and status reporting.
