Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and requirement inventory administration.
Creates and expedites sales orders, ensuring proper cost allocation, order specification compliance, and on-time delivery, while coordinating demand plan maintenance and reconciling inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Supports and coordinates customer requests for quotes and product pricing, manages internal and external customer communication for material returns, and provides timely reports on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, and inventory levels.
