Job Summary

  • Lead patient acquisition and retention initiatives at a fast-growing dermatology group with de novo expansion of 5-7 new practice launches per year.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Marketing to develop practice-level strategies that build awareness in each territory, drive patient volume, optimize marketing spend, and support scalable growth.
  • Directly manage a Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer, providing clear direction, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring high-quality execution.
