Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • MSEE or BSEE degree with 5+ years lab experience
  • Hands-on high-speed interface system measurements
  • Proficiency with RF components and test equipment
  • Experience with analog building blocks like PLL CDR CTLE
  • Programming knowledge in Python and C/C++

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of high-speed optical testing
  • Knowledge of IEEE 802.3 and OIF specifications
  • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Signal integrity DSP and communication systems
  • Self-starter who thrives on innovative technology

Key Requirements

  • MSEE or Computer Engineering degree with 5+ years experience
  • BSEE or Computer Engineering degree with 7+ years experience
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with high-speed lab measurements
  • Must commute to San Jose CA office 5 days a week
