Job Summary

• This position is part of a core factory startup team responsible for building operations, fitting out the building, and creating process flows from the ground up for large, heavy, and complex equipment manufacturing.
• The role drives continuous improvement in key materials metrics, ensures achievable Master Schedules, and develops solid product launch and transition plans.
• Key responsibilities include managing logistics requirements, implementing strategy to achieve targets, and recommending process and supply chain initiatives to lower inventory costs.
