Base: $22.36/hr (Range $17.71–$23.00); Bonus/Equity: Variable annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School Diploma or GED required
One year plant manufacturing experience
Adherence to GMP and safety standards
Cleanroom attire compliance (no jewelry/perfume)
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds unassisted
English verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-have
Basic computer knowledge
Experience with multiple machine operations
Willingness to work weekends and overtime
Ability to assist in training other employees
Problem-solving skills for quality discrepancies
Key Requirements
