  • Lead the design and iteration of the company’s overall training system and annual training strategy, design training resource allocation workflows, and drive cross-team alignment to ensure seamless rollout of talent development and performance-boosting training initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end reviews of training program performance, including participation rate, completion rate and post-training effect conversion.
  • Lead the full-cycle planning, development and delivery of NPD-related training systems and curricula.
