Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years testing experience in agile teams
API-driven testing expertise
Experience with Jira/Xray and Confluence
GUI and backend functional testing skills
Fluent Norwegian language (C1 level)
Nice-to-have
Interest in coordinating cross-team activities
Passion for DevOps and continuous delivery
Initiative to transform ideas into tasks
Comfortable working independently in a team
Willingness to coach others and be coached
Key Requirements
Minimum three years of relevant work experience
ISTQB Foundation certification or plans to obtain it
