Must-have

  • Valid current RN license
  • Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
  • Medication administration procedures
  • Behavioral health assessment skills
  • De-escalation and restraint certification

Nice-to-have

  • Certified in Psychiatric Nursing
  • Veterans and military spouses encouraged
  • Experience with psychotropic medications
  • Acute psychiatric setting knowledge

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from an approved school of nursing
  • Valid current RN license from state or compact state
  • CPR and de-escalation certification required
  • First aid certification may be required
  • One or more years clinical nursing experience preferred
