• The role is co-responsible for governance of Pfizer's commercialization model with distribution chains and networks, supporting end-to-end processes and proposing simplification solutions aligned with company strategies and values.
• The position involves ensuring all processes have detailed SOPs and controls, conducting alignment meetings with commercial teams, therapeutic areas, and suppliers, and training internal stakeholders on demand behavior interpretation.
• The work model is a contract with flexibility for home office, requiring 2.5 days onsite per week or as business needs dictate.
