Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years Phlebotomy Supervisory experience with Associate's Degree
  • Minimum 6 years Phlebotomy Supervisory experience with High School Diploma
  • National Phlebotomy Technician Certification required
  • Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred
  • No degree substitution allowed for experience requirement
