Base: $83,760 - $104,700; Bonus: 5% annual target; Benefits: Health Insurance, Retirement plans, Paid Time off

Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
Legal authorization to work in Canada
5+ years in a manufacturing environment
Engineered-to-Order business experience
CAD experience creating 3D models
Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Nice-to-have
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs
Knowledge of Medium Voltage products
Collaborating with IT and OT/MES functions
Strong tendency to include others in issue resolution
Experience with network infrastructure
Familiarity with PTC Creo or Auto CAD
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of related manufacturing experience
Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
