  • As the Mental Health Specialist within the MHI model, you will work directly with the Primary Care Provider and team to clarify complex patient diagnoses, plan effective treatment, and provide solution-focused interventions.
  • This improves clinical decisions, helps patients and families receive services within primary care, and reduces PCP burden.
