Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6 months or more experience
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
