Job Summary

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance in and around the plant and plant grounds, responding promptly to equipment breakdowns to ensure operations run safely, smoothly, and properly.
• Responsible for the repair of building, equipment, and grounds, including aiding with refrigeration/freezer repair, general plant and office maintenance, and boiler maintenance.
• Work within facility and utilize Maintenance plan for controls of repairs, adhering to Food Safety, Sanitation, Quality, and HACCP plan policies, and be flexible to assist in other areas when requested.
