Job Summary

  • Provide leadership, guidance, technical problem solving, training, improvement and implementation support for Training, Environmental compliance, workplace safety and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs across the site.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering, Safety, Safety Management
  • 10+ years of experience in safety and PSM
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of high-hazard chemical operations
  • Background in industrial manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to influence and coach
  • Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of safety and PSM
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sustainable EHS systems
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
