Job Summary
The Toyota Financial Services Technology Operations Center is looking for a passionate and highly motivated ServiceNow Engineer (IT Operations & Asset Management) to play a key role in the governance, care and feeding, and uplifting of our Configuration Management Database.
You will serve as the SME or Lead administrator/developer for the ServiceNow platform with deep specialization in ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM, designing, building, and maintaining capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM/SAM, and CMDB health.
