Job Summary

• The incumbent will lead project management efforts for therapeutically aligned development programs, act as a PM and Drug Development Advisor, and direct critical change projects related to systems, operations, or strategic planning.
• Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating PM best practices, representing the company in external PM societies, and overseeing their implementation within the organization.
• The role involves developing talent within GPAM, ensuring smooth department operations, and managing project managers and those who manage PMs, with an emphasis on strategic, enterprise-level talent development.
