Must-have
Valid PCT national or state certification
Two years hospital patient care experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
Pass Ishihara Color Blindness test
CPR certification required for employment
Nice-to-have
Experience with Home Hemo and PD therapies
Knowledge of cannulating techniques
Strong communication skills with patients
Willingness to travel between facilities
Commitment to quality enhancement programs
Key Requirements
High School diploma or G.E.D. required
Valid PCT national certification or state-specific CMS certification
Successful completion of organization's dialysis training program
Current CPR certification required
At least two years previous patient care experience preferred
