Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to be a site change agent responsible for driving improvement through all functions of the Plant Leadership Team.
You will lead the annual Hoshin Planning process to identify site breakthrough opportunities and create the site transformation plan to achieve world class operational performance.

Base: $134,000 - $147,400; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program supporting pay-for-performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match
