KBR is seeking a Principal Estimator for Price-to-Win to lead the development of competitive pricing strategies for U.S. Government contracts focused on Base Operations Support and Facility Operations & Maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of federal services pricing experience and demonstrate expertise in BOE development and advanced pricing models

  • Knowledge of SCA Wage Determinations and collective bargaining agreements
