The HR Control Management Team is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks supporting the Human Resources function while serving as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders.
You will define appropriate mitigating controls through activities including furthering the development of risk and control libraries, process flow mapping, and control refinement.

Base: $190,000 - $240,000 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation (exempt roles only); Benefits: Comprehensive plan including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) + match

Must-have
8+ years risk management experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Experience with RCSA and IT general controls
Knowledge of GRC tools for risk workflows
Stakeholder management and influencing skills

Key Requirements
8+ years of risk management, audit, or internal controls experience

Experience executing against risk management frameworks including RCSA
