Job Summary

  • The Territory Support Team Lead acts as a liaison between the TSS team and management, ensuring optimal performance, training, and support for field sales teams.
  • This role may be responsible for overseeing daily operations and task execution of a team of Territory Support Specialists (TSS) within Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) and Terumo Aortic (TA).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of customer-facing experience
  • 2 years of healthcare operations, Sales or Marketing experience preferred

  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Experience in a regulated environment preferred
