Must-have
People management of engineering professionals
Experience with Java/J2EE and JavaScript/Typescript
Hands-on AWS cloud services experience
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools
Experience with IAM platforms like KeyCloak or Auth0
Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC and healthcare protocols
Nice-to-have
Fostering a culture of security and innovation
Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
