Job Summary
Provide direction to 5-50 concession employees and oversee all facets of stand operations and implementation of company policies during an event.
Ensure each stand in the assigned area complies with all company policies and procedures, safety, sanitation, and liquor laws, as well as state and local health requirements.
Assist with opening, closing, and employee check-in duties, reporting directly to the Concessions Manager.
