The Dietary Director ensures meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders, approved menus, and regulatory standards.
This role involves managing staff, maintaining budget compliance, and coordinating with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The work environment is generally low to moderate in noise level and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
