Job Summary

  • Act as a trusted legal adviser and business partner to internal stakeholders across PwC firms in Mongolia, helping them navigate legal requirements and manage risks.
  • Support four PwC Mongolia entities across all legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents.
  • Work in close cooperation with the CEE OGC team on regional legal projects, with opportunities for exposure to regional leadership and access to PwC's global knowledge network.
