Job Summary

  • This position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and student loan repayment up to $25,000 for qualified individuals.
  • The role involves a hybrid function as both a clinic nurse and a procedural nurse, supporting patients before, during, and after radiation treatment procedures requiring anesthesia.
  • Candidates will work Monday through Friday on either an 8am-5pm schedule or four 10-hour shifts within a collaborative team of physicians and midlevel providers.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact
  • Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
  • Experience with procedural and anesthesia support
  • Ability to monitor physiological data and intervene
  • Proficiency in administering medications and IV infusions

Nice-to-have

  • Specialty certification in radiation oncology preferred
  • Master's degree in Nursing for senior levels
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations

Key Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 0-3 years experience for RN I; 3-5 for RN II; 5+ for RN III
  • Oklahoma State Board of Nursing license or eNLC
  • American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire
