This role involves initial focus on clearing backlogs as the primary Exempt Reviewer and lead Pre-Reviewer, transitioning to high-level supervision and program infrastructure expansion.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5 years of progressive experience in IRB administration
Expert knowledge of federal regulations
Master's degree or higher preferred
Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Manager (CIM) credential preferred
2 years of experience in a lead role preferred
Experience with electronic IRB submission systems preferred
