  • Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR)
  • Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required
  • Lead technical team of 10+ Equivalent Persons
  • Requirements development and verification
  • Configuration management and change integration

Nice-to-have

  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
  • HALE ISR UAV program familiarity
  • Proposal bidding and capture experience
  • Cybersecurity and EMI/EMC expertise
  • TeamCenter PLC and JIRA tool proficiency
  • Technical leadership in avionics or payloads

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 14 years experience OR Master's with 12 years
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with background investigation within last 6 years
  • Experience executing full Systems Engineering life cycle
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance positions
