Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and observing for skin breakdown while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Record vital signs and intake/output data
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
